 International Women's Day 

Our Network convenes an International Women’s Day event with guest speakers each year in March. This is our largest event of the year providing an opportunity for both women and men from planning and the allied built sector professions to hear from speakers within and outside of our industry talk to the annual International Women’s Day theme.

Women in Planning Awards  

Each year we present two awards – the Leadership Award and the Achiever Award. These Awards area first of their kind and are separate from the annual PIA WA Awards for Excellence. The Leadership Award recognises the outstanding achievements and leadership by a female professional in the planning and allied industries. The Achiever Award recognises the contributions of meeting female professionals who are delivering outstanding achievements and building a profile as a future leader. Both awards seek to recognise and promotes the positive contribution made by woman who demonstrate a holistic and long-term commitment to diversity within the planning profession and related built environment sectors. Promoting Female Professionals
